All patients in our office are seen by appointment only.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to complete your registration and health history forms.
  
  
• Cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance,so that another patient may be treated. Improper cancellation of appointments is the #1 cause of increased dental fees.
  
  
• Call List Service - For those patients needing a particular time of the day which causes their appointments to be made at extended intervals. When an appointment is cancelled, we will attempt to call those patients on this list to secure them an appointment sooner.
  

• Late Arrivals: We realize that sometimes we all run a little bit late. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, you may have to wait a few minutes or it may become necessary to reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to our other patients who have arrived on time.
  
  
• #1 Cause of Increases in Dental Fees: Missed appointments and improper cancellation of appointments are the primary cause of increases in dental fees. Thanks to all of you who are diligent about attending your appointments. Please us Housecalls, described at right, to keep costs down.

HOUSECALLS is our new appointment reminder system. Two days before your appointment, you will receive a call between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. So listen for your call or check your answering machine, or with the kids for your reminder of your dental appointment. If you have your phone line blocked from computer calls, you will not receive a reminder. Please respond to the prompts offered or call the office at 833-8484 to confirm your attendance at your appointment. Thank you!
