• Dental Insurance
  • Co-payments are expected at the
    time of service.
    
    
  • We will gladly accept assignment of your insurance toward payment. However, patient portions of the dental fee (if any) are expected to be paid at the time the service is rendered.
    
    
  • We file all insurance claims as a courtesy for our patients, provided you supply us with a signed, completed dental form.
    
    
• Paying as you go eliminates large balances and prevents credit problems later.

• We do not have payment plans. All services are to be secured at the time the service is rendered by proper insurance assignment and co-payment in full.

• If a financial problem arises, please call us immediately so that we may help you find a reasonable solution to your problem.
